 You can place an order using U.S.-issued credit and/or debit cards of Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover which have billing addresses in the United States. You can also use your existing U.S. PayPal account to pay. Your order is shipped to your PayPal confirmed address only. Tax There is no sales tax for orders placed outside of the state of New York. American ginseng is NOT taxable for both New York residents and non-New York residents. Shipping Orders are shipped out in the same or next business day. Orders placed and accepted before 12:00 PM EST on business days will usually be shipped that same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be shipped next business day. You can view the status of your order at any time at your order confirmation email and begin to track your package at the same night of shipment. All orders shipping to the 48 contiguous states are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. USPS Priority Mail is a fast domestic service with delivery in 1 to 3 business days. We normally purchase the Signature Confirmation service, at no extra cost for you, to make sure your package is delivered exactly to your address. If you are not home, You can go online to schedule a second delivery or go to your local post office to pick up with 15 days. This is a fast, safe and convenient service for most customers via our shipping experience over the past decade, although in some circumstances UPS is a better choice.
