 You can place an order online, by fax or by mail. We accept U.S.-issued credit and debit cards of Visa, MasterCard and Discover which have billing addresses in the United States. We also accept U.S.-issued American Express cards (clicking on Check out with PayPal or Pay using PayPal while you checking out), money order and cashers check (make check payable to: ChinatownOnlineUSA.com). You can also use your existing U.S. PayPal account to pay. Your order is shipped to your PayPal confirmed address only. Tax There is no sales tax for orders placed outside of the state of New York. New York residents will be charged 8.375% sales tax for taxable items when checking out. American ginseng and fish oil are NOT taxable. Shipping (Click here for information shipping to China) All orders shipping to the 48 contiguous states are shipped usually via UPS Ground (occasionally via USPS Parcel Post Mail or Priority Mail), unless indicated otherwise by customers. Usually orders are shipped out in the same or next business day. Orders placed and accepted before 1:00 PM EST on business days will be shipped that same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will be shipped next day. Normally you can begin to track your shipment at the same night of shipping. You could copy the UPS tracking number which we emailed to you and paste it into tracking page to track. Occasionally orders are shipped in 2-3 business days after payments are received and accepted. If you are in urgent need of your order, please feel free to call our customer service at 1-888-349-2692 regarding the shipment of your order. We usually do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery driver. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Shipping to China (Currently American ginseng only) We now resume the Express shipping (ginseng) to China service (generally 5 - 15 business days, mainly depending on the waiting time for customs clearance). The net weight of ginseng in each package is limited to two lbs. The first lb. (package gross weight) is $11, customs clearing agency fees, possible tax duty and insurance premium included. Add $5.50 for every additional lb. Click here for shipping charge details. Your receiver in China does not need to pay any tariff or fees.
