You can place an order online, by fax or by mail. We accept U.S.-issued Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards (credit and/or debit) which have billing addresses in the United States, money order, cashers check and personal check (make check payable to: ChinatownOnlineUSA.com).

Now you can also use your existing U.S. PayPal account to pay.  Your order is shipped to your PayPal confirmed address only.

Tax
There is no sales tax for orders placed outside of the state of New York.  
New York residents will be charged 8.375% sales tax for taxable items when checking out.  American ginseng and fish oil are NOT taxable.

All orders shipping to the 48 contiguous states are shipped usually via UPS Ground (occasionally via USPS Parcel Post Mail or Priority Mail), unless indicated otherwise by customers. We reserve the right to choose the carrier to meet your need. Please call our toll-free 1-888-349-2692 if you have special need on shipping.

Usually orders are shipped out in the same or next business day. Orders placed and accepted before 1:00 PM EST on business days will be shipped that same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will be shipped next day. Normally you can begin to track your shipment at the same night of shipping. You could copy the UPS tracking number which we emailed to you and paste it into tracking page to track.

Occasionally orders are shipped in 2-3 business days after payments are received and accepted. If you are in urgent need of your order, please feel free to call our customer service at 1-888-349-2692 regarding the shipment of your order.

We usually do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery driver. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii

For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, a minimum of  $10 extra charge applies for all orders. If your order includes heavy items such as fish oil, lecithin, liquid calcium ..., additional shipping charge may apply. If so, we will let you know how much we would charge, and we do not process your order  until  you agree with the additional shipping charge.  We usually use USPS Priority Mail for small and light package and use USPS Parcel Post Mail for big or heavy package. We reserve the right to choose an appropriate shipment method.

We do not ship to other parts of the United States than the 50 states.

Shipping to Mainland China and Hong Kong
We provide an excellent Express shipping service (5 - 10 business days, shipping to small towns or remote area may take a little longer time) to Mainland China and Hong Kong. The shipping cost is $5.50/lb only for orders over $60 (additional $6.95 charge applicable to orders under $60).  Click here for shipping charge details. Receivers in Mainland China do not need to pay any tariff or fees. You can enjoy peace of mind because your package is insured by us against lost. Note: When checking out, you need to fill up the shipping and billing address fields with your own U.S. address for going through the order system. Your order will be shipped to the Chinese address in the comments field regardless of your U.S. address.
